There are so many factors affecting the overall performance of an individual. It's not just about how they present themselves or show up on the job. There are outside influences that can enhance or undermine their ability to perform at their best.
A Performance Appraisal provides insight into the factors affecting an individual's capability and reveal untapped potential. The Appraisal includes on-the-job and life assessment for 5 hour duration. This allows us to observe and assess the individual's performance in a context relevant environment. This can be also be utilised for talent development to assess their ability to develop their own capacity outside of the direct work environment and evaluate untapped talents.
